The GNYHCFA Ownership/Administrator Meeting held on April 4, 2012 was a success!  We were honored to be joined by Chairman  of the NYS Senate Health Committee, Senator Kemp Hannon, who spoke about the financial climate surrounding the nursing home industry, as well as John Ulberg, Director of the Division of Health Care at the Department of Health,  and Lana Earle,  from the Bureau of Long Term Reimbursement at the Department of Health, who spoke about Medicaid pricing, global settlement, capital carve out, return on/return of, and sprinkler requirements.  Several other engaging speakers also joined us at this remarkable event.  Please see the Members’ Page for an agenda and overview of the presentations.
